DEE Assam LP School and UP School Teachers Recruitment 2025: Conditions of Recruitment
- The candidates who have passed the ATET/ CTET for Lower Primary School or Upper Primary School will be eligible for applying.
- Either the Language-I or the Language-II of both ATET and CTET candidates shall match the medium of instruction of the school, wherein the candidate wishes to apply.
- The Merit List will be separate for each district and category.
- As on 1st January, 2025. A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years for unreserved category, 42 years for ExServicemen, 43 years for OBC/ MOBC and 45 years for SC/ ST(P)/ST(H) and 50 years for Persons with Disability (PwD).

Essential Qualification & Experience -
- Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks.
- 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
- Must have qualified Assam TET or Central TET for Lower Primary
Eligibility Criteria of DEE Assam Teachers for UP Schools
- For Assistant Teacher: Candidate must be a Graduate from the UGC recognized University.
- For Science Teacher: Candidate must have passed B. Sc. from the UGC recognized University.
- For Hindi Teacher: Candidate must be a Graduate with Hindi as one of the subjects from the UGC recognized University
Other Required Qualifications -
- Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent)
- 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) (OR)
- Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education
